Car was depicted very well in photos and description online. In person the car was what I was expecting from seeing the online ad. Amazing car buying experience with Mitchell! Saw the car I had been searching for with a great price so I called and spoke to Mitchell, he informed me of the car and it’s history. Everything was perfect so I put a deposit down on it and I flew in from outta state. Mitchell picked me up personally from the airport and let me test drive the car back to the dealership, I knew it was a done deal right away. Car was in even better shape than described over the phone! As soon as we arrived back to the location all of the paperwork was ready to go and I was out the door and on my 500 mile journey back in under 30 minutes! Purchased my 2014 Mercedes Gl350 from Indy. A very pleasant buying experience. Chad was my salesman and he was very helpful. I live in California so did not have an opportunity to drive it but Chad took additional photos for me and even made a video of the engine running so that I could hear it. Overall, he made me very comfortable buying this vehicle sight unseen and my family and I are enjoying it and all the compliments we've received. I knew which vehicle I wanted prior to arriving but there is definitely a large selection of hi quality vehicles to choose from. Very knowledgable staff, helpful and courteous I was only in town one day and fell in love with a car they had listed. Mitchell was so helpful for the paperwork done extremely fast and accurate and helped arrange for shipping my new Evoque out of state. I purchased a 2020 Ford Expedition Max sight unseen and found the purchase process very simple and the dealership staff to be very transparent related to the condition of the vehicle. Also, when I took delivery of the vehicle there was a couple of smaller basic items, a few hundred dollars in value, not found within the vehicle. When I contacted the staff, they purchased and shipped the missing items. Good experience with this purchase and this dealership!

Everyone was really helpful and friendly. The selection of vehicles is amazing! So many nice cars. I had been looking for a used Mercedes in white. They had a 2007 that looked like a brand new one! Low mileage and immaculate! I drove it home that day and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend this dealership!
